Office-Customer Service Rep.
We are a plumbing and sewer company looking for another dispatcher/assistant, we currently have three. This person needs to be outgoing and friendly, great on the phone, organized, deadline and detail-oriented. Must be reliable and punctual. Previous experience in plumbing or construction office skills is not required but preferred. Must have common sense and a good phone voice (there is no training for this).
Pay will be $10-12 DOE. Duties will include: answering phones, customer service, scheduling appointments, dispatching calls, following up with plumber and customers, data entry, additional office work as needed.
Must be comfortable calling customers to cancel or reschedule appointments. You must know how to be firm but friendly. When this happens, no one is happy about it, but most people are reasonable and understanding.
Hours Needed: (Training hours will differ)
Monday-Thursday 11am-7pm. / Friday OFF /Saturday 7am-5pm / Sunday OFF

Sewer Laborers and Sewer Experts
Suburban Plumbing Experts is currently looking for Sewer Laborers and Sewer Experts (pipe laying, performing the actual sewer duties). Hours are not set and will vary on a day-to-day basis. The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient job site while also supporting the overall project. YOU MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT.
Duties and responsibilities on any given day will often include the following:
- Hand-digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes.
- Cleaning and preparing job sites.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Building and taking down temporary structures.
- Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment (training provided).
- Following specific instructions from supervisors and implementing job plans.
- Assisting skilled tradesmen in their duties
Laborers must exhibit a specific set of qualifications and skills in the performance of their daily duties. While the job is largely physical, there is also a range of mental skills and knowledge a good laborer must possess.
