    They called to see if it would be okay if they came earlier than our scheduled appointment (awesome). Upon arrival, Mike and Adam were extremely professional and courteous. Mike is very knowledgeable. He managed to troubleshoot a water pressure issue quickly and resolved it in no time. He also brought a drain pipe issue to my attention (the build up of grease) and suggested several low-cost recommendations to remedy it myself.     The company communication was great. Called a couple of times to let us know where our tech was (and he was early). Mike was courteous and respectful of our home and time. He was knowledgeable and provided the correct solution.     Good morning, as you know the kitchen is the heart of the entire home, and when the sink is broken the home is broken. Your people responded in a great time period after I called several other places and no one was available. The service man, Dave came out and within 10 minutes had narrowed down the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. He had to go out for the part but within an hour he was finished and on his way. Will definitely use your services again

    The person that answered the phone for my appointment; was friendly. The specialist that arrived; was very polite and friendly. The politeness is very important to me. I had a Company check my Furnace once; the Service rep. was rude. I contacted another Company for a replacement of the unit, and paid more. Politeness is very important to me. I would recommend Suburban Plumbing Experts to others.

    They called to see if it would be okay if they came earlier than our scheduled appointment (awesome). Upon arrival, Mike and Adam were extremely professional and courteous. Mike is very knowledgeable. He managed to troubleshoot a water pressure issue quickly and resolved it in no time. He also brought a drain pipe issue to my attention (the build up of grease) and suggested several low-cost recommendations to remedy it myself. The kitchen faucet and sink are back to working the way they should. I couldn't be more happy with the service. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for any future plumbing needs.

    Dave "The Plumber" is an excellent professional who is knowledgeable and honest at the work he does. He is straight to the point and is very reasonable at what the problem at hand is. I would hire him "within" a heartbeat if I ever come across a plumbing problem issue again. KUDOS to him and his teammate Liz (at the office)!!! They're a great team when helping me out at my problem at hand!

    First Will had to assess the problem and unfortunately we did need a new hot water heater. He arrived to install it on the scheduled day and did a great job. He also recommended a smaller heater - we didn't need such a big heater - which will save us money in fuel costs. Overall great job

    If ever I have another plumbing issue I'll definitely pick up the phone and just call them first. They did great work on the plumbing repair and even came back after the wall had been patched up to attach the new fixtures without charging me anything additional. They were all a pleasure to work with!

    I really wasnt shopping for a new water heater as my old one was showing signs of leakage. I think their quote was competitive and they were quick to do the install and cleaned up after the work.

    This was a very pleasant experience for someone like me not used to hiring a contractor for a particular job. Mike and Walter of Suburban plumbing experts were able do the job in a very acceptable manner. It was timely, affordable and correctly done. They were even able to advise me on other things that were important to my home. I really appreciate how they were able to make room and get to me the same day. not only were they able to correct my gas piping problem, but also correct my stove top problem which i needed done as soon as possible. Not only was I happy with the job but so was my wife. She was happy that i used this company with the workers it supplied.     Suburban Plumbing Experts, Inc. were very accommodating; the service person came out to give an estimate for the work needed, but remained to do the work. The main person completed the work expeditiously and expertly and was on his way. Thanks, Dave! Because it was snowing, the servicemen put on cover shoes to prevent tracking in more snow - this act was very thoughtful and considerate.

    They were very prompt, professional, and the work was exactly as estimated. I had three breaks/splits to pipes in a crawl space due to extreme temperatures. I liked how they (Dave) walked me through the work so I could fully see and understand it. They also provided suggestions to correct the situation to avoid future splits. I highly recommend Suburban Plumbing Experts.

    Their Plumber, Robert. was very professional, friendly and courteous. He fixed my leaking kitchen drain and a week later installed a bathroom vanity, sink and toilet. Unfortunately the toilet I purchased (not from them) had a leak. Robert and his partner, Brett, uninstalled the leaking toilet, helped me take it back to the store where I originally purchased it - I purchased a new toilet and they followed me back to my home and installed the new one. Great work!

    Suburban Plumbing were very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I called Heating and Cooling and once I told them the price I was going to be charged by SP Experts it was the end of the conversation. I strongly recommend SP Experts.
