    Suburban Plumbing Experts were great and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs! Mike was helpful in identifying a problem in our basement that was causing gas smells and fixing the problem quickly. Matt was able to fix our toilet in 10 minutes, pinpointed the problem and got it all going again smoothly.

    Mike was amazing - when he came to give me an estimate to fix the (extremely old and corroded) cover to my sewage pump, he took my concerns seriously and assessed the issue quickly. I had an estimate in hand and was able to schedule at my convenience. When he was here to complete the repairs, he was exceedingly professional and got everything done in half a day.     My bathtub needed rodding due to standing water in the tub after a shower. Mike was assigned the job, his first attempt was not successful due to failed access in the wall pipes, his second method was usage of hot water jetting.     Great experience with these guys. They fixed a bathtub leak and gas leak in the new house I moved into. A year later, when the bathtub began to leak again, Donnie came back out and resealed it at no cost. Prompt, professional, and they stand by their work. Will definitely call them in the future.

    When our flood control system failed, we called several plumbers. Many had waits before they could even come give us an estimate. Suburban Plumbing was there the same day and able to start replacing the system within days. Their pricing was competitive and service was great.     Absolutely blown away by the responsiveness and attention to detail by this company. We called in need of emergency service as our sink and toilets were bubbling and our bath tub was filling up with smelly water. They answered our call on the first ring, had someone out immediately to assess the situation. Mike and his helper got to work right away.     We ended up working with Suburban Chicago Plumbing Experts. Mike stopped by a week ago and helped me with my issues when other companies failed to resolve my issues. We have an older home and there have been numerous times with plumbing problems. For example; I have had sewer come out of my toilet and back up on my bathtub and sometimes I would wake up with sewer water in my hallways and kitchen. I have asked so many plumbers for years what's the problem and why it keeps doing this, but never got a straight answer, UNTIL MIKE!!     Mike is the absolute BEST!! His responsiveness & sense of urgency toward the plumbing issue I was having was 2nd to none! He knew exactly what to do & did it with professionalism & attention to detail. Not only is he KNOWLEDGEABLE, COMPETENT, & TRUSTWORTHY, but his communication style, friendliness & likability factor is off the charts! I couldnt have asked for a better plumber. He even correctly suggested that I call the previous plumbers company & ask for a full refund of the $545 I paid. That guy accomplished nothing in 4 hrs (!), only made matters worse, contaminated my entire house, wanted to dig up the property, & tried to charge me an additional $6800 (on top of the $545) to do something that was totally unnecessary! Mike cane out to give me a 2nd opinion & boy am I glad that he did!! He did an EXCELLENT job diagnosing two blockages (which included tree roots!) and then solved the problem by clearing everything out by hydro jetting the main sewer line, He confirmed that there was NO broken pipe, saved me a LOT of money, left my basement clean as a whistle, & gained a customer for LIFE! He went above & beyond (on a Sunday no less!) and far exceeded my expectations! From now on he will be my go to guy for ALL my plumbing needs & I highly recommend him to everyone!     Weve worked with Suburban Chicago Plumbing Experts a number of times over the past few years after 4 other companies failed to resolve our issues. We have an older building that had numerous plumbing problems. Theyve rebuilt our grease trap, performed waste stack repairs & replaced a junction of our main line. They followed up quickly to resolve a few issues & came back with a full team & multiple trucks to help work out an old clog that was well up into our buildings system. Weve appreciated their willingness to work with us until our issues were fully resolved. Well definitely be using them again to maintain our new system.

    Mike Koonce fixed a collapsed drain about a year and a half ago and unclogged my main sewer line. I had originally called just for the clog, but once the bigger issues were uncovered, he literally came out the very next day to fix everything! Fast forward a year and a half later, I called Mike again and he came over to replace the new sewage cap because it was not agreeing with my old pipes. No questions asked, no charge. (Perma-Seal wanted to charge me $385!) I would definitely recommend Mike Koonce and Suburban Chicago Plumbing!

    Mike was the only person who ever cleared the sewer line from the main line instead of the flood drain and he said that it should be good for several years and I believe him Ive had several companies come out in the last couple of years and rod the drain from the floor and the problem reoccurs in a year!
