We had some water backing up into our basement and hadnt heard our sump pump come on in a few days to drain. I called Suburban Plumbing and Drain to see if they could fit us in sometime in the next few days.
They answered right away and told me they could be at my house in 15 minutes! Amazing. Kevin came by, took a look at our pumps a d found out the float had gotten stuck. He quickly bypassed the float, got the pumps to drain and gave everything a quick once over. After confirming everything was fine, he let me know there wasnt really anything to do and gave me some pointers on how to fix it if it happened again.
All in all it took 10 minutes, everyone was so friendly and kind and I learned how to fix the issue if it happened again. Will definitely be calling if I need services in the future and recommend this honest and local company to anyone who needs plumbing services or repair!

I contacted SPE via HomeAdvisor, SPE responded promptly with a phone call and same day service. Mike the plumber technician quickly diagnosed the problem of a bad check valve on my sewer pump. He suggested an upgrade (industrial silencer model) and gave us an affordable price. Thank you Mike and SPE for your excellence.

Mike and Kevin came out in a timely manner and gave a fair estimate. Victoria also stayed after hours in blizzard conditions to try and get a crew out to my house for a frozen pipe. Fortunately my issue resolved itself before they could work on the pipes but I applaud the quality of their customer service.
