The company communication was great. Called a couple of times to let us know where our tech was (and he was early). Mike was courteous and respectful of our home and time. He was knowledgeable and provided the correct solution. Although the service required a second trip (additional equipment required), respect for our time and need for service was the same for the second visit. I'm keeping their contact information in the event I require other services.

Good morning, as you know the kitchen is the heart of the entire home, and when the sink is broken the home is broken. Your people responded in a great time period after I called several other places and no one was available. The service man, Dave came out and within 10 minutes had narrowed down the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. He had to go out for the part but within an hour he was finished and on his way. If ever I have another plumbing issue I'll definitely pick up the phone and just call them first. Their Plumber, Robert. was very professional, friendly and courteous. He fixed my leaking kitchen drain and a week later installed a bathroom vanity, sink and toilet. Unfortunately the toilet I purchased (not from them) had a leak. Robert and his partner, Brett, uninstalled the leaking toilet, helped me take it back to the store where I originally purchased it - I purchased a new toilet and they followed me back to my home and installed the new one. Great work!

i had a loud knocking sound coming from the walls when the hot water was running. they were able to listen to the problem and reasonably assure me that the noise, while annoying, was not a serious problem. This saved a ton of time and money from opening up my walls just to investigate. The noise remains, but i have peace of mind that a professional checked it out. They are honest and don't perform work that is not needed.

The plumbers came on time and after looking at our bathroom plumbing they found the leak and showed us how to keep the leak from happening again. They also took the time to teach us how to fix our other faucets by cleaning them of the built up minerals . We're not from Chicago so we weren't used to the differences between our old home and this one. Donny was great!
