He also brought a drain pipe issue to my attention (the build up of grease) and suggested several low-cost recommendations to remedy it myself.     Mike was on time and quickly solved the problem. This was a service call on a Sunday morning, and Mike kept me informed on his scheduled time of arrival. I had a toilet not flushing and backed up dirty water in tub drain. Mike quickly identified the ejector pump was the problem and in 5-10 minutes solved the issue, saving me money and time.
